It was Explained that the lady was learning and I was asked if it was ok for her to sit in. Every step she asked my permission if it was ok for her to watch and listen. Both staff made me feel very comfortable and not judged!

I wanted to have my termination earlier but had to wait 6weeks which was so worrying and a stressful time. The timing for medical procedure could be reduced to 4 to 5weeks
